Stop playing to the gallery and living your life like you are a spectator in your own life. Have goals. Know the next few steps and know you want to be better. You don’t have to have it all figured out.
Have a vision of where you want to go and take the next best steps. Write your goals down and review them weekly. Be aware. Call yourself on your own BS and pat yourself on the back when you get it right. If you don’t get it, ask yourself why and what you have learned. If you do get it, ask yourself was it a big enough goal and go again.
